Service and pricing
All books are fulfilled with a trackable, signed-for, service. Prints are sent via Royal Mail's signed for service.
Below are prices and estimated delivery times for shipping single items on their own when the order is placed before 12 noon GMT on weekdays:

Prints will be delivered to the UK in two to three working days via Royal Mail's Signed For 2nd Class service. International deliveries will take an estimated four working days.

Books will be delivered to the UK the next working day when ordered before 12pm GMT. International deliveries will take an estimated two days.
The above rates will stay the same if different combinations of items (either quantities and/or products) are ordered. If you wish to find out the delivery costs for a specific order, please add the items to your shopping cart then go to checkout and enter your payment details. There is no obligation to buy at this point, but you can see the total shipping costs.
Lost in transit
We cannot supply replacements for print orders lost in transit when consignments are delivered using a non-trackable service. If tracking is required, please contact us at info@kashihouse.com before placing your order to confirm the additional cost for this service.
Shipping details
Please ensure that you take care to enter your shipping address correctly as we will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
Shipping to an Address other than your Billing Address
To have products delivered to an address other than the one assigned to your card billing address (or your PayPal account's default address), please follow this procedure:
a) select your product(s)
b) go to the checkout
c) on the Payment page, after entering your email, you will be able to put in the shipping details.
If the country you wish to ship to does not appear in the drop-down list, then please contact us at info@kashihouse.com (including the product(s) quantities and shipping address) and we will email you a link to a PayPal invoice.
This can be paid using your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card.
